These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all bookings and use of services provided by Luxury Chauffeuring Services (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using our website, mobile app, or any of our chauffeur services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you have questions, contact us directly before proceeding.
These Terms apply to all services offered by Luxury Chauffeuring Services and define the legal relationship between us and our clients (“Customer” or “you”). These Terms supersede any prior agreements.
Account: Credit facility extended to approved customers.
Additional Charges: Fees beyond the base fare, such as waiting time, cancellations, congestion charges, and more.
Company: Luxury Chauffeuring Services.
Customer: Any individual or entity booking a chauffeur service.
Fare: Cost of a transportation service.
Transportation Services: Chauffeur-driven services from pickup to drop-off locations.
Private Hire Law: All applicable licensing laws governing our operations.
Luxury Chauffeuring Services is a fully licensed Private Hire Operator offering luxury transportation services. We handle all bookings, assign licensed drivers, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Comply with all Private Hire Licensing laws.
Confirm bookings legally and promptly.
Engage only licensed drivers and insured vehicles.
Maintain operational and professional standards.
Reserve the right to decline bookings or cancel services under certain conditions.
Provide accurate booking details.
Pay fares and any applicable Additional Charges.
Allow for Additional Charges due to:
Airport parking
ULEZ/congestion zones
Last-minute changes
Waiting time
Public holiday surcharges
Non-account holders must pay immediately upon service completion.
Payment is via credit/debit card or as specified.
Account setup requires a completed and approved application.
Invoices must be paid within 30 working days.
Only authorized personnel may use an account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts.
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, such as weather, road closures, strikes, or civil unrest.
Our vehicles are insured for passenger and third-party liability. However, personal belongings are carried at your own risk. Please ensure you have adequate insurance for high-value items.
We maintain a log of found items. If you’ve left something behind, contact our team and we will attempt to return it promptly.
Customers will be held responsible for any intentional or accidental damage to our vehicles, including soiling that requires valeting.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all Luxury Chauffeuring Services vehicles.
Online bookings require at least 3 hours’ notice.
For urgent bookings, call us directly.
A confirmation message will be issued upon successful booking.
All fares are subject to 20% VAT.
We accept major credit/debit cards (including AmEx).
Bank transfers must clear before bookings.
Wedding bookings require a 25% deposit, with the balance due 14 days prior.
Credit card charges may show as “Luxury Chauffeuring Services”.
Pre-authorisations may be applied to verify card validity.
More than 24 hours’ notice: Full refund.
Within 24 hours: Up to 50% non-refundable.
No-shows: Full booking fee is forfeited.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
